Client Success Manager

About the Role

As our Client Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for CapexGPT subscribers—ensuring they get maximum value from our service, answering questions, gathering feedback, and helping practices navigate their equipment decisions. You'll work directly with dental practice owners, office managers, and DSO operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do
  • Onboard new subscribers and ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client questions, requests, and feedback
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks
  • Coordinate report delivery and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting
  • Gather product feedback and communicate client needs to the team
  • Manage client data and workflows using Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support subscription renewals
  • Create help documentation, FAQs, and client resources as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience in the dental industry (practice management, dental sales, DSO operations)
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Background in healthcare, equipment, or B2B services
