1. Program Overview
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the CapexGPT Referral Partner Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. CapexGPT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice to active affiliates.
The Program is operated by CapexGPT and managed through the SureCart affiliate platform. All tracking, reporting, and payout processing is handled via SureCart’s infrastructure.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
The Program is open to dental industry professionals including, but not limited to, dental consultants, DSO executives and managers, dental industry content creators, and dental business advisors.
To enroll, applicants must complete the affiliate registration form accessible through the CapexGPT affiliate signup page. All applications are reviewed manually. CapexGPT reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be authorized to conduct business in their jurisdiction. Corporate entities may apply through an authorized representative.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique referral links or assigned coupon codes as follows:

Commission rates apply to the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks). CapexGPT reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days written notice to active affiliates.
4. Referral Tracking & Attribution
Cookie Duration: Referral tracking cookies persist for 60 days from the initial click. If a referred visitor makes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale is attributed to you.
Attribution Model: Last-click attribution. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent affiliate link clicked before purchase receives credit.
Coupon Code Tracking: Affiliates may be assigned unique coupon codes for offline or no-link referrals. Sales made using an assigned coupon code are attributed to the corresponding affiliate regardless of cookie status.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral links are functioning correctly. CapexGPT is not responsible for lost commissions due to user error, link misconfiguration, or browser settings that block tracking cookies.
5. Payout Terms
Minimum Payout: $25.00 USD. Commissions below the minimum threshold will roll over to the next payout period.
Payout Schedule: Monthly. Payouts are processed during the third week of each calendar month for commissions earned and held for at least 30 days.
Payment Method: PayPal. Affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address during registration or in their affiliate portal settings.
Hold Period: All commissions are held for 30 days after the qualifying sale to account for refunds, chargebacks, or subscription cancellations.
If a referred customer receives a refund, cancels within the refund period, or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed. Reversed commissions may be deducted from future payouts if already disbursed.
Affiliates are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from commission income. CapexGPT does not withhold taxes and will not issue tax forms unless required by applicable law. Consult a tax professional regarding your obligations.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to promote CapexGPT through honest, accurate, and professional methods. The following rules apply to all promotional activities:
Social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, podcast mentions, webinar presentations, conference discussions, and direct referrals through personal networks.
Spam of any kind (email, social media, or messaging platforms); paid search advertising on CapexGPT branded terms (including “CapexGPT,” “CapexScore,” or variations); misleading claims about CapexGPT products, pricing, or capabilities; fake testimonials, fabricated reviews, or false urgency tactics; self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link); cookie stuffing, link cloaking that misrepresents the destination, or any form of click fraud.
7. Brand Usage Requirements
When mentioning CapexGPT or its products in promotional materials, affiliates must adhere to the following brand guidelines:
CapexScore™: Always include the ™ symbol on first mention in any piece of content. Do not use the ™ symbol in hashtags.
Never describe CapexGPT or its products as “AI-augmented” or use similar language suggesting AI-driven analysis.
Equipment recommendations should only use the terms “Repair” or “Replace” — no alternative wording.
Direct all traffic to CapexGPT.com. Do not create landing pages, microsites, or redirect pages that could be confused with official CapexGPT properties.
When promoting CapexGPT, affiliates must accurately represent the equipment types covered. Only the equipment listed below is eligible for Capex Reports.

Affiliates must not claim or imply that CapexGPT covers equipment types listed in the “Not Covered” column. Misrepresenting equipment coverage is grounds for immediate termination from the Program.
8. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides. A clear and conspicuous disclosure of the affiliate relationship is required in any content where CapexGPT is promoted and the affiliate may earn a commission.
Acceptable disclosures include statements such as: “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link” or “Affiliate link — I earn a referral fee at no cost to you.” Disclosures must be placed near the promotional content and must not be hidden in footnotes, terms pages, or otherwise obscured.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. CapexGPT may terminate an affiliate’s participation immediately and without notice for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that damages the CapexGPT brand.
Upon termination, all pending commissions that have cleared the 30-day hold period and meet the $25 minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle. Unpaid commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeited upon termination.
Terminated affiliates must remove all CapexGPT promotional materials, referral links, and coupon codes from their channels within 14 days of termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
CapexGPT provides the affiliate platform and tracking through SureCart on an “as is” basis. CapexGPT is not liable for tracking errors, platform downtime, or technical issues within the SureCart infrastructure that may affect commission attribution.
In no event shall CapexGPT’s total liability to any affiliate exceed the total commissions paid to that affiliate in the preceding 12 months.
CapexGPT makes no guarantees regarding sales volume, conversion rates, or earning potential. Commission income depends entirely on the affiliate’s promotional efforts and the purchasing decisions of referred customers.
11. Modifications
CapexGPT reserves the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, cookie duration, payout schedules, or any other aspect of the Program with 30 days written notice to active affiliates. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
